I teach a variety of classes and styles to preschoolers, seniors and everything in between! Keep reading to the bottom of the page for the full schedule!

Each class will always integrate asana (physical practice), pranayama (breath work), relaxation and an element of meditation. Whether you wish to get stronger, more flexible, de-stress, or just have some quiet time to focus on you; the benefits of yoga are widely recognised and will help you to reconnect with yourself. 

My main aim is to create a space for you in Bearwood where you can feel supported and concentrate on your well-being. There are always plenty of options available so you can do as little or as much as you like! Please contact me if you need further guidance as to what class meets your needs.  Above all, my classes have a real sense of community. We are friendly, we laugh, we don’t take things too seriously and sometimes we even finish with cake!  Please bring your own mat if you have one. Get in touch if you need more info here.

Private Sessions

Does coming to a class seem a little daunting? Perhaps you have an injury or medical condition that you need help with? Or simply want to work on something specific to progress your practice. I offer bespoke private sessions at a time and location to suit you and your needs.

These can be one offs or regular sessions, to ensure that you achieve your goals.

Class Schedule

Wake Up Yoga

A mixed ability class which offers a variety of options, allowing you to practice according to your needs. This class will help you to improve strength, flexibility, balance and a calmer state of mind. Start your day right with an energising class, followed by some relaxation.

Hatha Yoga Flow

This class links breath with movement and is suitable for those with some yoga experience.  Expect creative flows which offer some challenges for those who wish to take them! This class will help you to you to re-energise, relax and feel restored.

Relax & Restore Yoga

A restorative class, which is suitable for all. It combines static yoga poses, gently flowing sequences, breath work, meditation and long relaxations. Unwind after your week and wind down into the weekend. 

Yin Yoga

Currently offered as a regular workshop

A Yin practice works on our connective tissue, bones, ligaments and fascia, which are cooler and less mobile than our muscles. The practice involves long-held floor based poses with the support of blocks, bolsters and any other props you have! Enjoy the introspective quiet practice of Yin Yoga, helping you to find serenity and calm. This practice complements the more dynamic yoga practices and is especially good for improving flexibility and learning how to be present.
